The author is a postgraduate in English letters, a nihilist and impressionistic in approach for he thinks that stories must be short and judged by the impression it leaves. And it is a nihilistic rage that is printed on the page. He doesn't bother himself with art. His stories are not stories per se, but burlesque on the lack of poetry in today's life. The poetry is in the anger.
