Knowing trees, I understand the meaning of patience. Knowing grass, I can appreciate persistence.

You may be amazed to know how there are more colours that your urine could be than just shades of yellow. A change in medication, for example, could bring about a sharp change in colour.
The colour blue occurs in babies with a genetic condition called familial hypercalcemia. An excess of calcium in their blood results for them to pee blue which is often called ‘blue diaper’ syndrome. However, adults too could be peeing blue if their medication contains an excess of methylene blue in it.
Too much rhubarb, beans or aloe consumption may lead to the urine being brown in colour. It is also a result of side effects of antibiotics, laxatives and muscle relaxants. It could also be a sign of liver or kidney disorder, so you must get it checked by your doctor.
If the colour of your urine is green, it could be a result of either change in medication, too much consumption of green dyes from your food (this is nothing to worry about since green dye is indigestible and hence is emitted from the body as urine) or if you’ve been eating too many vitamins.
Urine can even be purple. A condition called Porphyria causes urine to be purple in colour. It causes the production of an enzyme called heme and a certain portion of the red blood cells.
An excess of Vitamin C or keratin in food may result in orange urine. Pink/red urine is indicative of a certain amount of blood present in it. This could be caused due to an enlarged prostate, bladder cancer or chronic lead poisoning and so must be immediately checked by a doctor. However, make sure you have not had any richly coloured food like beets or blackberries as even they are causes of the same.
Normal urine should be transparent yellow in colour. If it is bright yellow or honey brown, it means you should drink more water. However, if it’s clear then it just means that you have had plenty of water, or have had alcohol or caffeine.
Next comes your stool. Something to know about it absolutely, without getting disgusted since it a natural process, after all, is that one should have at least one regular bowel movement per day shaped long and tubular. Anything more, less or otherwise shaped will call for a visit to the doctor.
Body pains are another easy communication our body does with it. Based on whether it is prolonged or for a short duration you could judge whether it is chronic or not. Those caused by nerve damage would cause a burning sensation in the body.
The abdominal pain is a clear indication that something is wrong with you in terms of food poisoning, diarrhoea, gas and irritable bowel syndrome. Swelling with pain can indicate to specific regions of the body being hampered. It must also be known that psychological distress can amplify pain.
